The foundational principles underlying each core competency are strengths-based, trauma-informed and person-centered. Each job task must be performed with the understanding that the case management must focus on the individual needs of the client and his or her strengths as a means to achieve goals. These principles run through each of the performance domains.

3. Coordination, Linkage and Monitoring: 13 hours
4. Documentation: 10 hours
5. Professional, Legal and Ethical Responsibilities: 10 hours
